New Day. Self-control Isn't Easy.
Let go. Move forward. That is all we can do when we slip up. When we eat the whole bowl of ice cream or take too many days off. But thats life. Getting back on the horse. Staying optimistic and telling yourself everyday that today is gonna be a great day.
